Working With a Complex Thinker

The most important ingredient in teaching a complex thinker is awareness of this little-known phenomenon. Complex thinkers need time to explore their many ideas, and since even they aren’t aware of all that’s in their heads, we aren’t qualified to judge what they most need to pay attention to.

Therefore we first need to encourage them to think, as a starting point for them to sort out what’s in their minds.
