Your Dreamy Child, Part One

Parents of daydreamers worry that their children will grow up to be vague-eyed and disorganized. Certainly when my son was young, I didn’t see how he’d ever learn to focus.

He just had too much to think about, and when I realized this, I began to believe that his wandering thoughts would eventually sort themselves out.
